CERTE Commercial Water Ionizers are custom built for the user’s specific application, beginning with a complete analysis of the Source Water by an Independent Testing Laboratory to determine the type and amount of Water Pre-Treatment to eliminate undesirable contaminants such as Hardness TDS that can cause scale build-up on the electrodes & membranes of the Water Ionizer Cell.

There are no Off-the-Shelf-Units since all CERTE Commercial Water Ionizers are design engineered for their intended use with the proper Water Pre-Treatment System to prevent fouling of the Water Ionizer Cell and insure maximum operating efficiency.

CERTE Commercial Water Ionizers have been developed to automatically produce activated solutions of different types and strength as stand-alone units or in complex integrated systems with the following features.

Ø      Titanium Electrodes coated with Platinum.  The electrodes are specifically designed to endure high electro-chemical loading, as are the membranes which separate the different solutions

CECO Series Commercial Water Ionizers are designed to produce High pH Alkaline Ionized Water for Drinking & Cooking Purposes -- plus Acidic Ionized Water for various applications. 

The ratio of Alkaline to Acidic Ionized Water ranges from 50% Alkaline/50% Acidic to 80% Alkaline/20% Acidic as specified by the Buyer. 

CECO Commercial Water Ionizers are designed to produce Alkaline Ionized Water in the pH range of 8.5 to 10.5 with a minimum ORP of -250 mV.

Commercial Production of High pH Alkaline Ionized Water [AIW]

Over the past 35-40 years, the Japanese and Koreans have become the most knowledgeable users of High pH Alkaline Ionized Water.

Americans first became aware of AIW about 1995 with the introduction of Household Water Ionizers on the US market.

The present unfilled market demand in the US for the commercial production of Alkaline Ionized Water stems from those who have household units taking containers of AIW to work, depleting their supply mid-day and asking why AIW isn’t available in bottles or vending machines.

Once established on a regime of Alkaline Ionized Water, users feel that consumption of any other type of water negates the health benefits that are accruing in their body. 

Thus the unfilled market niche for sources of AIW outside the home for consumption on the job and while traveling.

Not all “Alkaline” water is the same. 

There is a vast difference between Alkaline Water and Alkaline Ionized Water.

High pH Alkaline Ionized Water [AIW]

Alkaline Ionized Water is produced by the process of electrolysis in which the water molecule is reduced in size and is changed in shape to hexagonal.

Water molecules cannot stand alone but form in clusters.  

Normally, a Water Molecule Cluster is around 12 to 16 in number.  After ionization, a Water Molecule Cluster consists of 4 to 6 molecules with a reduction of surface tension.

This smaller size and shape allows the water molecules to more effectively penetrate the tissue and cells of the body for better transportation of nutrients and increased hydration. 

The decreased surface tension and hexagonal shape of the water molecule makes it easier to remove acid wastes from your cells which cause Toxemia, the root cause of all degenerative diseases such as cancer.
